Our company is impact-driven. Converting as many of Martha’s Vineyard’s buildings from fossil fuels to clean energy is a significant way we can help mitigate climate change. As Solar Installer, you’ll install and service roof-mounted and ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) systems. You’ll split your time between project sites and SMCo HQ, collaborating with a closely-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand design documents to install PV systems safely and efficiently
- Test, service, and maintain existing systems on-site and virtually
- Share responsibility for inventory, equipment, and facilities with the team
- Maintain an orderly and safe site
- Participate in National Electric Code Training
- Use a variety of mobile, cloud-based communication tools
- Act as a reliable, capable, and supportive member of the team
Requirements
