Responsibilities
- Be available to all staff for day-to-day support and special projects
- Utilize powerful software to craft solutions and maintain data
- Process accounts receivable
- Execute traditional administration tasks in a timely manner
- Act as a reliable, capable, and supportive member of the team
Requirements

- Fluency with Mac operating system
- Expert-level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Quickbooks and Adobe products
