Role
South Mountain carpenters translate what’s on paper into reality – helping us make good on both aesthetic and performance promises. As a member of our crew, you’ll build beautiful, high-performance spaces in good company. You’ll assist with all stages of a project – from site layout to furniture installation. The bulk of your time will be spent on framing, sheathing, insulating, exterior and interior trim, and specialty woodwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction and renovation tasks including rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and high-performance envelope construction using hand tools, power tools, forklift, and jobsite safety systems
- Maintain an orderly and safe site
- Understand and work toward aesthetic, performance, schedule, and budget goals
- Use a variety of mobile, cloud-based communication tools
- Act as a reliable, capable, and supportive member of the team
Requirements

- Three years relevant work experience
