Construction begins soon on these two "zero-energy-possible" single floor 3 BR homes for the Island Housing Trust (IHT). Ultimately, the plan calls for renovation of the old building and several large new museum spaces.

Our client contacted us to design a solar system large enough to offset all of the energy use on her property. There was no good place to put it. As the project took shape the solar system became secondary to the creation of a wonderful space.
